Shipping and delivery

Europe

We offer free delivery for all orders over € 200 in Europe (see below for Italy). Shipment will be handled by DHL Economy Select service. All orders will be dispatched Monday through Friday excluding italian holydays. if your order amount is below € 200, shipping costs have an € 10 flat rate. Should you require further information on your shipment go to your Account page and check the status of your shipment.

Switzerland

We offer free delivery for all orders over € 200 in Switzerland. Shipment will be handled by DHL Economy Select service with an € 28 flat rate.

USA / World

We offer free delivery for all orders over € 200 to USA, Canada, China, Japan and other countries outside Europe. Shipment will be handled by DHL Express Worldwide service. If your order amount is below € 200, shipping costs may vary, and will be calculated at checkout. Simply add products to the cart to get the total amount due, including the shipment to your location

Italy

We offer free delivery for all orders over € 50 to Italy. Shipment will be handled by express courier BRT and delivery usually takes between 24/48 hours. If your order amount is below € 50, shipping costs have an € 8 flat rate. 

 

Changes and returns

 

Merchandise bought by mistake in the wrong color or size can be changed prior to communication from the customer within 30 days upon delivery the products. Products that are damaged or reveal any sign of use whatsoever will not be changed. Shipments for returns and changes will not be accepted without prior approval from the bastard store.

 

Merchandise change procedure

 

In order to start a merchandise change procedure you must act as follows:

  • Send an email to store@bastard.it with subject "Merchandise change request" followed by the order number on your confirmation email, or logging into the website with your email and password you will find this information in your profile. Email example: Merchandise change request #1234 
  • Detail in your email the problem encountered (wrong size, merchandise not consistent with the order, etc.) 
  • Specifiy which items have to be changed and which ones you require, providing the following information: Product name, Size and Product Code. You can find all this info on the product page. 
  • The substitute merchandise will be shipped only after bastard store will have received the items that have to be replaced. Shipping charges are going to be covered by the customer unless cases in which there was a mistake from bastard store. Merchandise changes will be accepted only if shipped with a trackable service. For this purpose we suggest shipping with Poste Delivery Standard through Poste Italiane or any courier that offers tracking of the shipment. Should you require further information don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Payments

 

We offer integrated PayPal Pro payment service. This allows you to log into the website and choose PayPal as a payment option or to directly proceed to payment by using an already existing PayPal account or any of the credit cards below.
The bastard store is PayPal Verified and all sensitive data forms and transactions are protected by a secure SSL connection with 256-bit cryptography.
